With this service our clients are able to: 


  • Print (and email if applicable) invoices, statements, cheques or reports
  • Access their books from anywhere - only an internet connection is required

• Computerized bookkeeping (using QuickBooks               Online or Quickbooks Desktop)


• QuickBooks Set-up – New company initial set-up of        your accounting data file using QuickBooks desktop      version or QuickBooks Online.

• Clean Up / Catch Up work – If books are in arrears          and need back months of bookkeeping performed.

• Government Remittances (GST/PST)


• Bank reconciliations


• Credit card reconciliations


• Accounts Payable (recording vendor bills, making           payments, writing cheques, generate aging reports)
